The microbubbles diffusers manufactured by Our Company are the results of thirty years of experience on field. Till today our diffusers has been installed in over 10.000 plants and they guarantee an optimal combination between mixing and oxigenation operations in the industriai and civil waste water plants.
The microbubbles dimensions are fixed according the granule size for ceramic diffusers and according to blowed air volume for elastomer diffusers .

The microbubbles dimensions are:

fine	Ø 2 - 3 mm.
medium	Ø 2 - 5 mm.
big	Ø 5- 12 mm.

Oxigen exchange, in waste water, is related to the dimensions of the microbubbles because the interexchanging surface increase according to the discreasing of microbubbles diameter.
The oxigen transfer will increase with fine and ultrafine bubbles and with the deeply submerged diffusers because the microbubbles ascending speed is 28 - 30 cm/sec.
To meet the requirement of the most technical and economical efficency the following suggestions must be followed :
-Correct diffusers disposition in waste water tank (the suggested disposition is part of each our proposal)
-Correct design of air supply by compressors in order to guarantee the better management of air compressor need in each operating condition with economical saving.
